Vehicle selection is based on availability, passenger numbers and luggage requirements. A specific model can be requested but is only guaranteed when confirmed in writing.
Our seven-seat vehicles accommodate a maximum of six passengers plus the driver. Actual passenger capacity may vary depending on the amount and size of luggage.
Please advise us in advance if you are travelling with large suitcases, prams, golf clubs, mobility equipment or other oversized items. A larger vehicle may be required and quoted separately.

Arriving in Cairns
Your driver will monitor your flight and meet you in the arrivals area with a personalised name sign. After assisting with your luggage, your driver will escort you to your vehicle and take you directly to your accommodation.
Returning to the Airport
Your driver will collect you from your hotel or accommodation at the confirmed time, allowing appropriate travel and check-in time for your departing flight.
Return Transfer Discount
Book your airport arrival and departure transfers together and receive 10% off the combined transfer fare.
The discount applies when both journeys are booked and confirmed together for the same route. After-hours fees, additional stops, extended waiting time and other supplementary charges are not included in the discount.

Services between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am: A$30 additional per affected journey
