All prices are in Australian dollars and apply per private vehicle. Return fares include two journeys along the same route and reflect the 10% return-transfer saving.
Travel between 24 December and 2 January inclusive is subject to a 30% festive season surcharge. For return bookings, the surcharge applies only to journeys occurring within this period.
Your Private Vehicle
Once we receive your transfer details, we will select the vehicle best suited to your party size, luggage and individual travel requirements.
The published rates apply to private transfers for up to six guests with standard luggage. Your vehicle arrangement will be confirmed before your journey.
For larger groups, additional luggage or oversized items, a larger vehicle may be selected to ensure a comfortable journey. Vehicle allocation is at Aureum Transport’s discretion and will not affect the confirmed fare unless an additional charge has been advised before booking.
Please advise us of items such as golf clubs, prams, wheelchairs, mobility equipment or unusually large suitcases when making your enquiry.

Arriving in Cairns
We will monitor your flight and coordinate your collection according to its actual arrival time.
Your driver will welcome you in the arrivals hall with a personalised name sign, assist with your luggage and accompany you to your waiting vehicle.
On arrival at your accommodation, further assistance with luggage or hotel check-in is available when requested.
Returning to the Airport
Your driver will collect you from your hotel or accommodation at the pre-arranged time.
We will recommend a suitable departure time based on your flight schedule, pickup location and expected travelling conditions, allowing for a calm and unhurried journey to the airport.
On arrival at the terminal, your driver will assist with your luggage and may accompany you to the airline check-in area when requested.

Reserve your airport arrival and departure transfers together and receive 10% off the combined transfer fare.
The saving applies when both journeys are arranged and confirmed together for the same route. Additional services and supplementary charges are not included in the discount.
Before You Travel
Services between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am incur an additional A$30 per affected journey
We are pleased to accommodate brief additional stops or minor delays where time and scheduling permit. Extended waiting time, significant detours or additional services may incur a supplementary charge, which will be advised where applicable.
